Delete your Book Please account

In the app or on the website

Open Book Please and sign in with your Google account.
Tap your profile picture (top right), then Settings.
Under Account, tap Delete my account and data and confirm.

By email

If you can’t use the app, email privacy@hekmantechnology.com from the Google account you use with Book Please, asking us to delete your account. We’ll delete what is on our server within 30 days and tell you when it’s done. Your library is in your own Google Drive, so to delete it yourself: in Google Drive on a computer, open Settings → Manage apps, find Book Please, and choose Delete hidden app data.

What is deleted

Your library: books, statuses, ratings, reviews, notes, tags, reading dates, progress and listening positions.
The EPUB and audiobook files in Book Please’s folder in your Google Drive.
Everything our server keeps for you: your Friends profile, who you follow, the activity you shared, website sign-ins and your Capture photo count.
The copy on the device you delete from. Your other devices remove their copies the next time they sync.

Nothing is kept afterwards. Your Google account itself isn’t affected. To also remove Book Please’s access to your Google account, go to myaccount.google.com/connections.
